Chris Merle, a member of the Redwoods LC and UVA graduate will be holding a defensive positional training session for all players of all ages on March 5th, 12th and 19th. This three-session package will include the fundamentals of defense, stickwork, and other competitive game like simulations to prepare children for their upcoming Spring season.
