In this one-hour training session, you will work on the fundamentals of shooting and dodging. Each session you will progressively overload reps, learn proper technique, build muscle memory, and establish good habits. Additionally, each week you will learn the technique for fundamental dodge and you will learn the specific nuances necessary for successful execution.
