        Chris Gray: 

        Was a 2017 US Lacrosse All-American • Scored two goals in 2017 Under Armour All-American game • Led Long Island in points (115) for the second consecutive year (90g, 25a) Shoreham Wading River to 2017 county title • Was the 2017 Suffolk County Attackman of the Year • Also won the Raymond Enners Award as Suffolk County’s top player • Earned First Team All-Long Island and First Team All-Metro honors for second straight year in addition to his third straight all-county and all-league selections in 2017 • In 2016, led Long Island with 101 points (79g, 22a) and was a US Lacrosse All-American • Earned first of two straight selections as a Newsday player to watch in 2016 en route to leading his team to a Long Island championship • Also played football (running back, defensive back) at Shoreham Wading River, leading Suffolk County in rushing (2,179 yards, 37 touchdowns) in 2016 en route to being named a finalist for the Hanson Award as Suffolk County’s most outstanding football player • Was a three-time Long Island champion in football (2015-17).

        Gray now stands atop the NCAA Division I all-time career points list with 401 career points passing Lyle Thompson of Albany • Cements himself in the UNC history books as he finished his career for the Tar Heels second all-time in career points (219), fourth in career goals (124), and fourth in career assists (95) • Named ACC Offensive Player of the Year for the second straight year • All-ACC Team selection • Named Inside Lacrosse Media, USILA and USA Lacrosse Magazine First Team All-America • Named the Col. J.I. Turnbull Award Winner for the second straight season  • Selected as a Tewaaraton Award Finalist for the second straight season
